I’ve been getting more and more interested in custom 3D puff embroidery lately, especially for making hats and hoodies stand out with that bold, raised look. I’ve seen some amazing results, but I’m also hearing it can be a bit tricky to get right, especially when it comes to digitizing and selecting the right foam and thread.
